Greg graduated with a Bachelor’s in History and Master’s in Business Administration from Binghamton University. Prior to ABL, Greg spent several years with Capital One where he worked as a Commercial Real Estate Underwriter that specialized in multifamily property. Greg financed loans throughout the country ranging from small apartment buildings to large apartment complexes, with loan amounts averaging $50M. He now underwrites bridge and term loans for ABL, working with our borrowers and internal teams to provide the best possible loan terms for each deal. Outside of work, Greg is a proud lifelong New Yorker and an avid traveler that enjoys sports like baseball and football.
