Anna joined ABL in 2018 as an Office Manager.  Within six months she was promoted to Insurance Associate and now handles all pre-closing and post-closing insurance approvals. Before joining ABL, she managed Operations for a small online retailer.  She utilizes her superior customer service skills to work with Borrowers and Insurance Professionals to ensure all properties are properly insured.  Anna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and in her spare time she loves to travel and spend time with her husband and children.
