This repeat borrower and experienced real estate investor has done over 10 fix and flip loans with ABL. This hard money fix and flip loan is for the purchase and rehab of a single family home in Newark, NJ. The scope of work for the renovations of this 4 bedroom property include repairing the garage, finishing the basement, converting a 1/2 bath to a full while gutting the other bathroom, updating the appliances, and replacing the flooring throughout.
