This new investor purchased a single-family home with the intention to renovate and refinance to hold the property in their portfolio as a rental property. For their first project this borrower will complete a cosmetic rehab to bring it up to a rental standard. The exterior will be repainted, and the debris will be cleaned up. The interior scope of work includes renovating the kitchen with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and new appliances. Bathrooms will be updated with new vanities, tubs, and toilets. The interior will be painted, and the HVAC will be updated. The renovations are expected to take 2 months and the borrower will then refinance their loan to hold the property as a rental
