For this deal, ABL funded a hard money fix and flip loan for the purchase and rehab of a multi-family 2 in Bayonne, NJ. The $70,000 renovation budget includes some interior demolition, new kitchens and floors, updated moldings, new windows, and minor porch and yard work, and new paint throughout.
