Situation:

This Trenton fix and flip is a massive undertaking! The dilapidated property will be converted to a clean and sturdy mixed-use building with the first floor designated for commercial purposes and the second and third floor split into two residential rental units. Even though this five bedroom, 5 and a half bedroom property needs a lot of work, we are confident that our borrowers have a solid plan to see it through. They will be putting their rehab budget to good work, more than doubling the building’s value. Once completed, they plan on renting it out and we are certain they will be able to maintain a steady income!
