With another project just blocks away, this seasoned investor is really looking to revamp the neighborhood! The scope of work for this project includes a complete gut renovation of the kitchen and three bathrooms. A few walls will be blown out in the kitchen in order to make room for an open concept living space. All new cabinets, hardware, sinks, countertops, and appliances will be added to the property! A fresh coat of paint and engineered hardwood flooring will be added throughout!
