Situation:

ABL recently funded a $176,000 hard money loan for a fix and flip project in North Bergen, NJ. Our investors are in for a challenge with this property! The basement and first floor of this property are riddled with water damage from a pipe bursting! After a complete gut, they plan on installing a ceramic floor in the basement of the property, as well as gutting the entire first floor to re-frame the layout of the property. The second and third floor will undergo minor upgrades and the exterior of the property will undergo a major clean up. We can’t wait to see how it comes out!
