Situation:

This experienced fix and flip investor came to ABL for a hard money loan in order to purchase and rehab a single family home in an up-and-coming neighborhood of Nyack, NY. The scope of work for renovations includes all new windows, a new deck in the backyard, a new roof and driveway, installing an HVAC system, full gut renovations of the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as adding an extra bathroom. We can’t wait to see the finished fix and flip!
