Asset Based Lending recently funded a hard money fix and flip loan in Feasterville Trevose PA for a repeat borrower we met at a local Real Estate Investor Association meeting. The subject property is a 1344 square foot 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom single family house in need of approximately $110,000 in renovation. The scope of work is extensive and includes adding a second floor with 3 new bedrooms and a new bathroom, engineered hardwood floors throughout, and all new siding, windows, and roofing. This is a substantial project, but we believe this husband and wife team of Fortune Builders graduates is up for the challenge!
