Situation:

Asset Based Lending recently financed a hard money loan for the construction of a duplex in Port Charlotte Florida for an extremely experienced real estate investor and builder. The proposed build will be a duplex containing two separate condo units. Each unit will be a 3/2/1 with a total square footage of 1719 ft.² with 1247 ft.² under air. The finished build will contain hurricane windows, stainless steel appliances with high end kitchen cabinets, vaulted ceilings, and tile floors throughout.
