Asset Based Lending recently financed a blanket hard money fix and flip loan for the purchase and rehab of 3 separate properties in Coatsville, Pennsylvania. The portfolio consists of a single family home as well as 2 multi-family properties on the same street. The $100,000 renovation across the portfolio is expected to take 3-5 months to complete. In addition to a couple new footings for one of the properties, the scope of work for renovation consists of new sheetrock and flooring throughout, all fresh paint, and gutting the kitchens and bathrooms.
