ABL recently funded hard money fix and flip loan for the purchase and rehab of a 6-unit property in Union City NJ. Once the current tenements are relocated, the $30,000 rehab budget will be put to work replacing floors, painting the unit interiors, updating plumbing and electrical systems, as well as renovating the kitchens with new appliances.
