Situation:

ABL recently funded a $176,000 hard money loan for a fix and flip condo in Passaic, NJ. Our experienced investors have their hands full with this project! All sheetrock, molding and flooring will be replaced throughout the home. The kitchen, living area, and loft will be completely demolished and re-finished. The wood balconies off this condo will be sanded-down, treated and refinished. The entire bathroom will be demoed and redone with top of the line fixtures. Tile flooring and a fresh coat of paint will be added throughout! We’re excited to see the finished product!
