Situation:

Asset Based Lending recently funded a $100,000 hard money loan for a fix and flip property in Irvington, NJ.  These investors definitely have their work cut out for them! The interior of the property will be completely gutted, and the original wood flooring will be refinished. The kitchen and bathrooms will be renovated and updated with granite countertops, modern furnishings and top of the line appliances. All doors will be replaced with beautiful 6 panel doors, and the entire home will be re-painted. Once the interior is completed, our investors will move outside where they will repair the existing siding on the home, install a new garage door, and boost their property’s “curb-appeal” with a bit of landscaping. Along with the cosmetic upgrades, our investors plan to install a brand new boiler system and update the current plumbing system. We are patiently waiting to see how this property turns out!
