ABL recently closed a $140,000 hard money loan for a mixed-use fix and flip property in Hartford, CT. Our investors have big plans for this five unit complex! Each kitchen and bathroom will be updated with fresh countertops, cabinets and appliances, and finishes. Ceramic tiles and a fresh coat of paint will be added throughout each unit. Along with cosmetic upgrades, our investors plan to convert the heating system from gas to electric, and install an entirely new roof. The exterior of the property will be redone with faux sandstone brick and basic landscaping will be completed! We can’t wait to see this property’s new look!
