Situation:

This fix and flip property needs some work! Not a major rehab though, all our investor really needs to do is clean, spruce things up, and update the electric, plumbing, and appliances! He’s going to make a lot of cosmetic renovations with his $40,000 rehab budget, replacing the kitchen cabinets, countertops, and backsplash, installing new carpet in the basement, and adding a deck. He’s done a similar project before, so we are sure that he will flip this house in no time. We can’t wait to see the result of his hard work!
