This borrower has good local area knowledge and secured this fixer upper as a short sale. The finished home will include 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Featuring an open floor plan throughout, the first level will have all new hardwood floors. The investor plans to renovate all bathrooms and update the kitchen as well. With a new HVAC system and an all new electric panel and wiring, this home will be like new for its future owner. ABL can’t wait to see the final product.
